Who we are

This policy covers phuket-property.com.

What we collect and why

When you accept analytics, we record anonymised performance data to help us improve the site. This includes:

• Page URL and path
• Browser name and major version
• Screen dimensions
• Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, FCP, TTFB, INP) and page duration
• A randomly generated session ID created in your browser — it contains no personal information and is discarded when you close the tab

We do not collect your name, email address, IP address, or any information that identifies you personally. No data is sold or shared with third parties.

Analytics tool

We use a self-hosted analytics tool (Pandalytics) that sends data directly to our own database. There are no third-party tracking scripts or advertising trackers on this site.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use cookies. We use browser storage for two purposes:

• localStorage (analytics-consent) — stores your accept/reject choice so we don't ask again.
• sessionStorage (astro_cwv_session) — holds the temporary session ID for the current tab. Cleared automatically when you close the tab.

If you reject analytics, no performance data is sent and only the consent preference is stored.

Your rights

Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete under GDPR or the Thai PDPA. You can withdraw your analytics consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site — the banner will reappear on your next visit.
